  3. If your requested dates are available, we will process your voucher and you will receive a confirmation email.

  4. If your booking then needs to be adjusted, please simply get in contact via reply email.

FAQ

  • The workshop teaches you how and why we temper chocolate. You can then apply that knowledge to tempering your own choice of chocolate to create your own bars to take home with you.

    The workshop includes a chocolate tasting session, with the story of cocoa and chocolate.

  • The workshop is aimed at ages 13 and up.

    The lowest age limit is 9 years old, if they are capable in a kitchen, and must have a guardian also taking part in the workshop.

  • We provide:

    • An apron

    • Chocolate

    • A range of inclusions

    • Packaging to take products home

    • A chocolate tasting

  • Please wear clothes that you don’t mind getting chocolate on- even with an apron, chocolate has a way of getting everywhere.

    Please wear non slip, enclosed, comfortable shoes.

    Long hair must be tied back.

    Our space is heavily air-conditioned, so we recommend bring a jumper.

    During the warmer months, it is advised to bring a cooler bag to transport your treats home.

    The workshop is held in a commercial kitchen space, and generally requires standing during production. We can offer chairs through the non production times.

    The benches are a standard height and may not suit wheelchair users, but options can be made available.

  • We can offer dairy free, gluten free and nut free chocolates and inclusions, however we use a range of allergens in our kitchen.
