  • Requests for standard orders can be made in the ‘Additional Details’ section at checkout, such as flavours or a note. For custom products or other requests, please get in contact.

  • We will always do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary requirements. All our products are made in the same kitchen, and so our products may contain traces of nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, wheat and eggs.

We do take the utmost care to maintain safe food handling practices so that we can offer treats for everyone to enjoy, but cannot guarantee they are allergen free . Consumption of our products by those with allergies is at their discretion.

  • Because we use high quality, fresh ingredients, our boxed chocolates are best enjoyed within 7 days of purchase. They are best stored somewhere cool and dry, between 15 and 20 degrees.

Due to the weather in Brisbane, it’s often necessary to store the chocolates in the fridge to prevent them from melting. Place your product into an airtight container, or wrap tightly in cling wrap before placing in the fridge. When removing your treats from the fridge, leave them in the cling wrap and allow your chocolate come back to room temperature in a cool location. This will take around 30 minutes. Keeping your chocolate wrapped and letting it come back to room temperature slowly will prevent them from developing condensation on the surface. Condensation can lead to sugar bloom, as the sugar in the chocolate will soak up the moisture and crystallise. They are still safe to eat, but the look and texture are affected.

  • We offer a bespoke service for orders both large and small, for personal, wedding and corporate. Please get in contact to discuss your requirements.

  • The majority of our products are made using Valrhona. We also use Lindt and Republica del Cacao couvertures. Couverture is chocolate that has a high proportion of cocoa butter.

We also make a small amount of bean to bar chocolate.

  • Whilst we are always happy to look at the photos you have gathered for inspiration, we cannot, and will not, directly copy any other brands work.
