At 31 Degrees, we love chocolate! We also love the unique and varied way people enjoy their sweet treats, and so aim to cater for every palette and dietary requirement. We craft our products in small batches, using the best produce and the world’s finest couvertures.
Where possible, we always try to source our ingredients locally, whether it’s the almonds in our milk chocolate rocher or the honey in our Florentines. We love to support local producers and artisans just like us!

We pride ourselves on using the best chocolate around. The vast majority of our products are made with Valrhona, with Cacao Barry, Weiss and and Republica del Cacao also featuring.
Dietary Requirements + Allergies
Where possible, we try to cater for most common dietary requirements such as gluten, nut and dairy allergies. Our products are all made is the same kitchen, but we take the utmost care to maintain strict food handling practices and source alternative ingredients so that everyone can enjoy something from our product range.
